To all the jobs we’ve loved before. That got us in and out our door. We’re glad they came along, we dedicate this song (or episode), to all the jobs we’ve loved before.
And in some cases, those jobs got us out THEIR doors. But that's okay, because it just means there's something better out there. Truly! Sometimes your preconceived notions of "selling out" are NOT just that. Sometimes you're somewhere you were never meant to stay. Sometimes you were meant to have the experience or meet the people and then to move along. (Yes, eternal optimist Gina is writing this episode description.)
Kentucky Envy
One morning I woke up and was perusing the internet, pulled up Insta and what did I behold? Angel’s Envy had posted this gorgeous drink. Again with the Angel’s Envy you say? Yeah, but when you taste it you’ll say “Again with the Angel’s Envy!”

Ingredients-
1 1/2 oz Angel’s Envy Bourbon (not the rye this time!)
1/2 oz peach liqueur— we used schnapps
splash of lemon juice
splash of simple syrup
two dashes ANGOSTURA aromatic bitters
Instructions-
Shake these ingredients vigorously until foamy, then pour all contents into a rocks glass. Drizzle two dashes of bitters on top for appearance and flavor. Pour and enjoy!
