Episode 75- Disconnection
The world is a lot right now, and sometimes, you just have to step back for a minute so it doesn’t shake your foundation too hard. So we talk about disconnecting. We also very coincidentally get disconnected part way through recording, and the sound quality once we’re back on is a little wonky. But what can ya do? We soldier on.
You might remember a few months back Rexy and Jill went on a lovely holiday to Las Vegas. While there, they had many, MANY, delicious cocktails. This is a riff on one, and we’re calling it “Winter in Puerto Vallarta”.
Winter in Puerto Vallarta
Ingredients
2 oz silver tequila
1/2 oz St. George Spiced Pear Liqueur
1/2 oz fresh lime juice
1/2 oz ginger syrup
1/2 oz simple syrup
Instructions
Shake all ingredients well with ice and strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with fresh cracked pink pepper.
